Day 3 Highlights

The weather may be a little grey but it's still a great morning at Island Lake. Yesterday was filled with Yuck Wars, more moto-x and paintball and some serious blobbing on the waterfront once the sun came out.

Then last night Josh shared with us about Living Water and being refreshed and saturated by God. Late nite included MS girls skit night and HS guys skits at the fireside.

This morning we were blessed to have Pastor Steve with us and he tag teamed with Dean as they shared about community and the importance of surrounding yourself with other believers.

Heading to lunch soon (grilled cheese day is a crowd favorite!) and then more free time this afternoon. Keep watching for more pics and videos!

Laser Pets Episode 1

We are ready for another awesome day here at Island Lake. Students were surprised with breakfast-in-bed this morning and we are gearing up for morning chapel, family groups and team competitions.

Yesterday was fantastic with the sun making an appearance just in time for free time. Our focus yesterday was to Awaken to the awe of God and Dean did a great job sharing about the "bigness" of our God.  The afternoon was filled with epic paintball battles, moto-x adventures and waterfront fun. 

Then last night we rocked out to some awesome worship before Josh shared on the "smallness" of God and how he frees us. Finished up the night with some more cabin competitions like egg drop and counselor hunt. 

We are looking forward to another fantastic day here at Island Lake. Photos and videos are coming soon.

Camp has started!

Everyone has registered and awaiting departure from Canyon Hills to Island Lake. Lots of energy and excitement! Pray for leaders, students, speakers and worship team.
